The Launch of Poco X4 5G is Getting Closer

Earlier this month a Poco smartphone with model number 2201116PG was spotted at FCC certification. Latest news A device with a commercial name as Poco X4 5G has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification site.

The listing reveals key specs like MIUI 13, NFC, and support for the n5, n8, n38, n41, n77, and n78 5G bands. The new Malaysian certification also reveals that the handset will debut in the market with the Poco X4 5G moniker.

Given that the device has passed certification in several countries, the global launch of the Poco X4 5G is expected to be closer.

Previous reports, as quoted by Gizmochina, predicted that the Poco X4 5G could be a rebranded version of China’s Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G.

The Poco X4 Pro 5G will be supported by Snapdragon 870. The chipset was chosen because it has strong performance and an affordable price. Snapdragon 870 has a clock speed of up to 3.2GHz.

This chipset is paired with the Adreno 650 GPU, which has pretty good rendering and gaming capabilities. Snapdragon 870 with Adreno 650, capable of playing 8K videos smoothly without frame drops.

For other specifications, the Poco X4 is supported by 6GB of RAM, with 6.67-inch device dimensions. It has a fairly large dimension due to the embedded battery which is also large, namely 6000mAh. For the camera, there will be three cameras on the back, namely 64 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP, and a 16 MP front camera.

The prediction of the Poco X4 Pro 5G specifications is based on a leak from the IMEI database. The Poco X4 Pro 5G carries the model number 220116PG. The IMEI database has also confirmed that the model number is for the Poco X4 Pro 5G device.
